In the facility of in-house coffee roasting, students learn bean behavior and gain direct exposure to roasting profiles. This skill is further strengthened through coffee farm visits that help students understand cultivation, harvesting, and production from the source. Practical skills in real job space are reinforced with internship opportunities for 1 month across selected Ganapati branches, making students confident about their skills and job ready at the end of this program.
The Barista & Coffee Skills Program offers Italian Barista Training conducted by Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) trained professionals, aligning skills with international coffee standards that will open up opportunities to students in the international market and equip them well for their careers.
